A three-guest timber house built using Finnish technology, with electric heating and air conditioning. The house has two bathrooms (one with a shower cabin, the other with a bathtub) and satellite TV.

There is a living room with a fireplace and a home cinema. The dining room is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave and a fridge.
